Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Sense+ ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered personal health guidance platform operated from India. We provide symptom guidance, confidence-based health insights, and nearby healthcare provider recommendations. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. What data we collect
Account information
Name and email address when you register or join the waitlist.
Health data you provide
Symptom descriptions, images of visible symptoms, and scan history you voluntarily submit for analysis. This is classified as sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Location data
Approximate location (with your permission) to surface nearby healthcare providers. We do not store precise location data.
Usage data
Device type, OS version, app version, and anonymised usage patterns to improve the service. No personally identifiable usage data is shared with third parties.
3. How we use your data
- To analyse symptoms and return AI-generated health guidance
- To personalise your Stability Index and scan history dashboard
- To surface nearby healthcare providers relevant to your results
- To send product updates and waitlist communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our AI models using aggregated, anonymised data only
We will never sell your personal or health data to third parties. We will never use your health data for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data on the basis of your explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security enabled. Health scan data and images are encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, acting as a data processor under our instructions
- Google Maps / Places API — location data shared only to surface nearby doctors; governed by Google's privacy policy
- AI model providers — symptom text or images may be processed by our AI provider to generate guidance; no identifying information is included
- Legal obligations — if required by law or a valid court order
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time
- Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf
- File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

8. Children's privacy
Sense+ is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sense+ after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
